KovaMart is a national digital marketplace built on top of Indonesia's cooperative infrastructure — with the singular mission of ensuring every Indonesian household has the opportunity to own a television and a mobile phone. The Koperasi Merah Putih programme, launched under Presidential Instruction No. 17/2025, is building 83,000 village cooperatives across the archipelago — with approximately 30,000 already active and the remainder under construction. This is the fastest build-out of a cooperative network anywhere in recorded history. KovaMart serves as the digital commerce layer on top of this infrastructure, delivering aspirational consumer goods directly to cooperative members nationwide. Payments are accepted via QRIS, standard payment gateways, and government subsidy credits — ensuring access across all income levels.

KovaMart integrates directly with PT Agrinas Pangan Nusantara (Persero), the designated operational executor of the Koperasi Merah Putih programme. Agrinas is building out the cooperative network at unprecedented speed — 30,000 cooperatives are already active, with the full 83,000 target to be reached in 2025-2026. No cooperative network of this scale has been built this rapidly anywhere in the world. KovaMart serves as the digital commerce layer on this infrastructure: a full-stack e-commerce platform with supplier integrations, logistics coordination, and a multi-channel payments system accepting QRIS, standard payment gateways, and government subsidy credits. Products are sourced directly from leading manufacturers — starting with televisions, mobile phones, and household electronics — and delivered to cooperatives, eliminating intermediaries and maximising value for members. In a subsequent phase, members will have access to long-term affordable financing. The platform is designed for national scale from day one. Suppliers are secured and platform development is near completion. The single remaining prerequisite is execution of the partnership agreement with Agrinas.
